Great buying experience and wonderful customer support well after the purchase. I purchased a complete theatre system for my home and found everyone at Pflanz friendly and helpful. Scottâs knowledge of the entire product line was incredibly useful. He helped me choose everything I required to build my theatre system. He also directed me to the best products that were in my budget.
The two members of the installation team were very professional and did a tremendous job installing my equipment. They were also very friendly and helpful. They answered all of the questions I had concerning my home theatre.
Several months after the purchase of my av equipment I needed to get an electronic copy of the invoice for my records. After a quick phone call to the front desk at Pflanz the accountant in the business office emailed the invoices I required.
Six months after my home theatre was installed a manufacturing flaw surfaced in my TV. Instead of having to call the manufacturer myself I called Pflanz. We all know how having to deal with manufacturers and their warranty claims departments can be frustrating and slow! Pflanz took care of everything for me! Once the replacement TV came in their install team came back to my place and swapped out the displays. You wonât find that kind of customer service at a box store!

In 2020 it was on sale & my husband bought it there for $700+⌠All Good!
18 months later it takes a dump & the manufacturer warranty has expired by 6 months, so he took it back to Pflanz.
Would there be an apology from the local âSony Diamond Distributorâ, coupled with; that should not have happened dear Hometown Customer & it is extremely unacceptableâŚweâll exchange it for a similar model from our floor at no expense to you & then we will deal with Sony on our end?
NO! What he got was; an $85 additional diagnostic fee to see if it could be fixed with an on site update.
Shocker, but 2 weeks later he was informed it could not be repaired that easy, and the cost of fixing the $700 dollar TVâŚwas a $1,000.00 part (yes you read correctly, a One Thousand Dollar part to fix a $700 TV).
Needless to say, he was blatantly offended by the irrational $$$ math solution offered to solve the problem. His response? Well of course he took the broken TV & left the store.
He would later tell me, when he was a teenager on his first job, he was taught that a satisfied customer only tells 4 people, but a dissatisfied customer tells 12 people.

Not only did Christian (the gentleman that installed my system) do a great install but he's certified in what he does which you won't find that alot around this area. Not only that but when talking to him, you can tell the guy knows his stuff. The other employees there were well educated but Christian seemed to be the guru when it came to the car audio. The mistake I made was trying to buy my system such as subs amps and car door speakers on the Facebook market.... some which were defective (which he was able to install let me know and showed me what the issue was). Trust me when I say that your better off just buying everything at pflanz. Not only do you know everything is brand new, but they have great quality products. On top of great quality installation and customer service, I gave them a budget and they definitely worked with me on prices.
