purchased a preowned dryer over $200 get home dryer doesn't work. Return with the dryer man brings the appliance to the back while my husband waits. man brings it back out from the back stating it works with no issues. bring the dryer home doesn't work again. called store back spoke to very sweet lady who states for us to bring the dryer back in. On the way to bring the dryer back in to check it out we were in an accident and unable to get there. Attempt to call business back today to explain why we have not made it over there yet due to the accident and a man answers. while trying to explain that the dryer is still giving trouble and not turning on at all and that was with no alterations in the cords they left on the machine when we left the last time and stated i would show him a video of my other dryer actively having power and leaving the video play while unplugging our old dryer then plugging in theirs and nothing happening, I was cut off in conversation by the male employee telling me rudely that he doesn't need my video that it works there so we must have an electrical problem at our home. When i expressed we are bringing it back again so that we may physically see them turn it on in front of us to prove that it in fact works at there establishment because it was not turned on in front of us at time of purchase or during the first time when my husband came back with it telling them it would not turn on. he continued to cut me off and say he wasn't going to argue with me!. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE…. I BOUGHT A STOVE, DISHWASHER, AND FRIDGE FROM THESE PEOple, AND AFTER A WEEK THE DISHWASHER STOPPED WORKING CORRECTLY, WILL NOT GO INTO CLEANING MODE, AND 2 WEEKS LATER MY FRIDGE STOP GETTING COLD ANF I LOST MY MILK AND OTHER DAIRY PRODUCTS. IM A SINGLE MOTHER, WITH A CHILD WITH TYPE 1 DIABETES AND THE MAN THAT OWNS THIS PLACE IS VERY RUDE. I CALLED HIM HE SAID WE DO NOT DO HOUSE CALLS, AND THATS WHEN I TOLD HIM I JUST GOT THESE, AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE I GAVE HIM 100.00 TO DELIVER THEM, HE TELLS ME ON THE PHONE I WOULD HAVE TO BRING THEM IN TO GET SERVICE. I DO NOT HAVE A TRUCK TO BRING THEM IN SO IM OUT OF THESE MONEY I SPENT, AND NOW HAVE TO GO AND BUY THEM SOMEWHERE ELSE. OF HE WAS ANY KIND OF A DECENT HUMAN BEING HE WOULD HAVE COME TO MY HOME TO FIX THESE APPLIANCES FOR ME AND MY SON…. SO I WANTED TO COME ON HERE AND WARN ANYONE THAT IS CONSIDERING BUYING FROM...

They apparently forgot my delivery that I paid for. Then they call me an hour later saying they can deliver it. Great, despite me already making sure someone would be there for them originally and having to go back at least I’ll get it today. During the delivery I don’t know what’s worst,

1 the late arrival, 2 them slamming the washer down off the dolly, 3 them ripping the dryer they weren’t supposed to touch from the wall and tearing the dryer vent, 4 them leaving the washer they were supposed to take, 5 or them peeling out as they took off because they were mad because I told them they were late and then fed up the dryer vent.

Now I don’t only have to waste more of my day because they forgot the appointment but also to replace this dryer vent. I’ve done business here before this but I’ll...
