Worst customer service I have ever had. My girlfriend called with the part number for an item and was treated so rudely. Then I called them and told them what I needed. I told them I would be there at exactly 5p and I was literally down the street on the phone with them. I showed up at exactly 4:59p the gentleman said there was nothing he could do and the boss said he had to lock the door. Imagine the frustration since they had already pulled the part and told me they could not help me bc they close at 5p and there was nothing they could do. This place is first class! I am a DIYer.As long as I can give them a model number and explain what I need they have helped me find everything. Today topped that looked them up on Google and only saw the open tab, got to the store about 15 min before they actually opened.
