We contacted this company about a corn head was sent pictures of the head we were interested in spoke of next couple days was told they would hold so we headed out for the 8 hour drive kept in co tact with them the whole way was told was no issues o ly to pull in to the header in question sold being loaded to be sent out then salesman tried tell us that was not the header we discussed u til my husband pulled out his phone asked whose number this was the salesman says it was his and then was shown pictures that he send of said header. Tells us came from his phone but not his fault and then asks if we would like a hat ummm no thank you why would I advertise for you o e thing about business you don’t have your word you have nothing never said I’m sorry nothing other than oh I’ll sell you another one which was in horrible shape and wires ripped out of it 8 hour...

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Went to pick up a disk we had purchased on a Saturday morning. Was ready to load when we got there. Loaded up and went to take off and truck would not start. The guys from Jones did everything they could to help get us on the road, I think there was at one time half a dozen guys from around town there trying to assist us. After three hours of trying, the truck finally started and we were on our way. I was amazed by the generosity of Jones and the people of Smith Center KS. I tried to buy the guys dinner or at least some adult beverages, but they wouldn't hear of it. I WILL DRIVE 5 1/2 HOURS BACK TO JONES MACHINERY TO DO BUISNESS AGAIN!! Thank you all...

We bought the biggest pos here. Terrible. It had actually been on fire at some point .We paid more in repairs then the tractor .Now the POS is down again .wished it had burned up in the beginning. Tried to take to court but Jones would have fought it and it would have cost 30 k more .Junk thing isn't...
