Orschelns was bought out buy Tractor Supply. When I visited the whole staff had changed. Looks like they hired a bunch of immature kids. Seen multiple employees goofing off and on their cell phones. it was a major task to get assistance when asking for help or information on a product. I really would like to shop here, but they need to get it together and hire people who are friendly and responsible who have good people skills, that...

The employees here are the kindest people. We had a car issue and all the auto parts stores were closed. We stopped there to see if we could find the tool we needed and a bolt. All the employees were so helpful, some even came out and looked at what we needed. Then when they didn't have the bolt, they were kind enough to call people they knew to see if anyone was able to help out. Seriously the best...

I wish I could rate this place a 0... Today, I got bad customer service and given an eye roll by a young female employee... I mentioned it to her supervisor, hopefully she really takes care of this young girls disrespectful behavior....I have been a frequent loyal customer to this place when it was Orschelns... But, I highly doubt it, the younger generation seem to run things...
