Great experience! These guys treat you like royalty. The selection is unmatched in the area if you are looking for a nice hat, and their shaping is top notch. I brought them a hat to reshape, and that went great. It looked awful (from another shop), and they were able to get the old creases out and made it look like a new hat. I bought a hat from them and the shape was awesome as well. While I was there they cleaned and shaped a 30 year old hat a guy brought in too. I would say these guys can do anything with a felt...

Excellent customer service! I purchased two straw hats and had them shipped to me after receiving one as a gift that was originally purchased here. They arrived so fast and were packaged so good, the hats were impeccable!! Being able to provide the great service they do for all customers including those out of state, shows how passionate they are about their shop! If I ever have any more western wear needs, I will definitely reach out to Galiz Hat Zone and pay the extra $$ to have the items shipped!...
