Average quality food, pricey, poor service. I had a colleague meeting here, the food was average but nothing to really to complain about in that department. However, the experience of my party was overshadowed by poor service from the manager and poor decision-making. My colleague had been there the previous day, however when he ordered the same dish they brought him a single item with no sides. He explained that the previous day the dish seemed to be different. The manager and waitress said there was no problem and brought his sides. Little did we know they were going to charge him twice the price. We explained thoroughly that there was a mistake and misunderstanding, but the manager only said she could offer a free item. Then he ordered an item to go. The manager came with this item and before handing it to him she asked "are you going to pay for this with cash?" At that point everyone at the table just froze. Obviously this is a long story but all I can say is that we felt insulted and taken advantage of. This was a colleague get together and it left everybody in the table feeling deeply uncomfortable, embarrassed, disappointed and like it was a waste of money. i AND MY DAUGHTER FROM ANOTHER MOTHER DECIDED TO EAT HERE ON THURSDAY. WE ORDERED OUR FOOD. FIRST, THEY DID NOT GET MY ORDER CORECTLY. BUT I ATE IT ANYWAY. SECOND MY DAUHTERS ORDER WAS NASTY WITH A VERY FISHY WOILD TASTE, AS SHE TOOK MAYBE HER 3RD BITE SHE REALIZED THAT IT HAD OCTOPUS IN IT. THE MENU IS IN SPANISH AND YES WE BOTH READ IT. IT SAID MIXED SEAFOOD, WE DID NOT THINK TO ASK WHAT KIND OF SEAFOOD WOULD BE IN IT BUT USUALLY MIXED SEAFOOD CONSIST OF SHRIMP FISH SCAMPY MAYBE CRAB, BUT WE NEVER THOUGHT IT WOULD HAVE OCTOPUS. SO, WE CALLED THE WAITRESS OVER, EXPLAINED TO HER THE PROBLEM, SHE THEN TOLD HER MANAGER, THIS IS WHERE IT GETS BAD. THE MANAGER WAS SO RUDE & NASTY TO US. SHE JUST SAID IT SAYS MIXED SEAFOOD. ITS NOT MY FAULT YOU DIDNT UNDERSTAND. SHE REFUSED TO REMOVE THE ORDER FROM HER TICKET. SHE REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE OWNERS NUMBER SHE WALKED AWAY FROM ME WHILE I WAS SPEAKING AND WENT TO THE BACK. THE ABSOLUTE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. SHE TOOK IT TO A WHOLE OTHER LEVEL OF RUDENESS & DISRESPECT....
