Pulled a gun on me. Owner is blind as a bat. Worst pawn shop experience ive ever had. I was looking to pawn a firearm that was legally in my name. I had my firearm in my bag upon arrival I read a message outside the door before entering which stated “All firearms must be visible and unloaded beyond this point”. Me trying to follow the policy, I then took the already unloaded firearm that clearly had the magazine taken out. I say clearly because it was a AK mag so you can clearly see if it is in the firearm or not, or you should be able to. I opened the door with one hand and in the other hand I had my firearm pointed down with the magazine out. The first thing I see is an old white man with the thickest goggle glasses ive ever seen drawing down on my and my father. He didnt say anything he just kept pointing it at me then after about 7 seconds which felt longer he says “are you good?” I said the sign on your door said to have firearms visible and unloaded from this point. He only then put his gun away and said “I didnt know what you were doing you looked suspicious”. I am a black male btw and I had my Amazon uniform on at the time. I told him you need better glasses you cant see. He then had the nerve to argue with me and tell me that he doesnt and he can see just fine. It was almost comical coming from him with those thick bifocals. Obviously we couldnt come to an agreement on business. Would not recommend this place to anyone because i wouldnt want to see them on the news because a timid blind old timer got...

I was very pleasantly surprised by this pawn shop. I have been to several pawn shops before, but this was absolutely the best experience I've ever had.

Their building is absolutely gorgeous. Seriously, I wish I could own this building as my house.

They have excellent security features in place (you literally have to be granted entrance by one of the employees), and I was treated with utmost respect by the man at the front desk. He was very knowledgeable about jewelry and gave me a surprising amount for the old jewelry I was pawning. He did a background check on me before accepting what I was pawning, and treated me with full courtesy throughout the process.

The selection of items was also surprisingly tasteful. They were running great sales on their DVDs and video games at the time of my visit, and had a large assortment of items for anyone's tastes - musical instruments, game consoles, fandom collectibles, paintings, cards, jewelry, etc.

Only possible con I could name is their location - I literally drove right past them, even using a map printed from Google. That could just be my...

Had a wonderful experience with my purchase at lucky pawn. The staff was awesome, knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased a couple of old item I didn’t think anyone still carried, but to my surprise Lucky pawn had them. Just to make my experience that much sweeter, I lost my debit card in the parking lot and someone from the shop called me just to let me know it had been found. This is my pawn shop for life. I have even purchased firearms from here. The selections and prices are unbeatable. Anytime I think about a pawn shop lucky pawn is my go to. This will forever be my store unless I move out...
