Do not waste your money or time with this appliance place. I bought a refrigerator and I was concerned about it so I asked them some questions they all was saying that no this is one of our best selling refrigerators etc etc real good game smooth talkers long story short I had the refrigerator 5 months before it completely went out I thought something was wrong with it but I wasn’t sure until two different repair company’s came out and told me the compressor went out and both said that it was entirely to early for a compressor to go out that the refrigerator looked nice but they sold me some bad equipment so they told me to take it up with the warranty company which the warranty company they use will take you all around the world and they have no communication skills I was getting emails asking how was my conversation with different managers and I said I don’t know because no one Ever contacted me it has been a long process I first put in the claim in January it’s now February the 27 and I still don’t have a fridge and just ordered one and had to order a upright freezer in the meantime so money has been lost all kind of ways and time I plan on contacting the better business bureau and whoever else I can report them to the next couple of months will be dedicated to spending time on how to take these guys down I talked with the guy who sold me the refrigerator he said the best he could do was give me 50 dollars off a new refrigerator if I come shop with them again yea right fool me once shame on you but I wasn’t going to give them a opportunity to fool me again please do not shop here and I’m going to do whatever it takes to get justice please people listen to me DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY ARE SELLING FAULTY PRODUCTS WARNING DO NOT SHOP HERE YOU WONT EVEN REALLY SAVE I WENT TO HOME DEPOT THEY HAD GREAT DEALS AND THIS COMPANY CHARGE FOR DELIVERY DELIVERY AND INSTALL WAS FREE AT HOME DEPOT PLEASE IM TRYING TO WARN YOU GUYS DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY WILL BE NICE UP UNTIL THEY GET YOUR MONEY THEN YOU WILL BE LIKE ME JUST OUT OF YOUR MONEY DO NOT...

I purchase a gas stove and a refrigerator from this place. I had just laid brand new wood flooring down in my kitchen. The delivery people were late coming to deliver the appliances and when they delivered the appliances they scratched up my new wood floor. They also brought the wrong refrigerator. And they brought a gas stove and said that they don't hook up gas so they just left the stove. They had to come back out later that day to bring the correct refrigerator. And I had to get someone else to come out and hook up the gas stove. Once the gas stove was being hooked up we realized they did not bring us a gas line for the stove which should have automatically came with the gas stove by default. The oven did not have any racks in it. Upon getting the gas running to the stove we realize that two of the eyes on the stove worked and the other two did not work. I called the company and they said that they had to do a service call. This was one of the worst experiences I have had purchasing appliances and I would not recommend this place to anyone else. I purchase the gas line on my own which was about $33 and then I asked him to give me the fund back because I had to get the gas lines while the person was here to install them. They said that they would not give me the funds back because they didn't install the stove so they didn't think to seeing the gas lines. Which makes absolutely no...

I WAS GREETED AS SOON AS I WALKED IN,BUT LEFT ALONE TO BROWSE AS I WANTED.MOST OF THE ITEMS WERE SOLD AND TAGGED AS SUCH. ALL THE QUESTIONS I HAD WERE ANSWERED PROMPTLY.I CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY AND MADE MY PURCHASE,I GOT A GOOD DEAL,ANA WAS VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGABLE,WE SET UP A DELIVERY AND REMOVABLE FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY.THEY GAVE ME THE TIME FOR DELIVERY, WHEN THEY SAW THEY WERENT GOING TO BE ON TIME I WAS NOTIFIED THEY WERE GOING TO BE ABOUT 20 MINUTES LATE .
