Purchased a mattress set 5-16-2020. They said it would be delivered the following Wed. Called to see what happened. I was told they were waiting on box springs. I was not informed that at the time of purchase. If I would have known at the time of purchase I would have taking my business elsewhere. I called back every week for the next few months. NO box springs. Every time I called they were coming the following week. That week never came!! I finally decided not to wait any longer. The last week of June I decided to go to the store so they could refund my money. I went on a Saturday. I asked the manager for a refund. I paid $384.50 total. At first he said he would give me my money back but only $20.00 because they already delivered me the mattress. I told him that wasn't true and I wanted my money back. We got into a screaming match because he said he so many words that I had the mattress with No box spring. Another worker came from the back and he was talking to him in another language. He was very rude and disrespectful!! I had to contact the police. The police officer came and I told him the situation. The police officer asked him if the items were delivered did I have to sign anything stating they were delivered. He said yes and the police asked where was the paper. The manager stated it was at another store. Never knew they had another store. When you go online it only shows the address for this store. The police officer asked when could he have the paper. The manager said by Monday. I told the police officer I never signed any paper because it was never delivered. If he comes with a paper it was forged. The police officer told me to come back on Monday and if he couldn't present me with any documentation to call them back and I would to file charges and go to small claims court. I went back to the store on the following Monday. I was not greeted by the other worker. He called the manager out. He didn't apologize and never made eye contact. He asked for my card and refunded my money. He stated it would take 3 to 5 days to be refunded back to my card. He didn't say sorry or have a nice day. This was the worse experience...

The jokes on me, though the warranty means that we have to bring the fridge back since we didn't have it delivered they cannot come pick it up . the only reason I was OK from purchasing from the smaller location was because it came with the warranty but find out that the warranty means they have to keep the refrigerator to work on it instead of sending a service technician to your home is absolutely insane. so we were responsible for bringing the refrigerator back and then we were advised it could be up to a week for them to figure it out. Dropped it off on a Saturday called on Thursday. They said they were still checking it out here we are Saturday and my husband goes to pick it up when he gets there. The woman advises him. There's nobody here to load it for you and it's downstairs. He says I can load it myself. She says I don't know how to get it from downstairs so we drive back home now refrigerator. He goes back now. They're telling him that it's still not working correctly. They're gonna order a part, but they'll give us a loaner. We have to bring to our home ourselves unload into the house and then bring back to them whenever they fix ours. Do not purchase anything from this place warranty or not a horrible deal you'll be out an appliance while they figure out how...

Today no one has called to let us know anything. So, I called around 12 something spoke with a young lady she was very sweet! She said that she would speak with the movers and give a call back. 3hrs went by my fiancĂ© spoke called again and the guys said that he would give him a call back in 5 minutes. No call. So I called one more time and the guy was rude saying that something is wrong with the truck. Whaaaaattt?!? I said to him donât you think that it would be common courtesy to give us a call to let us know? You like our money and we like good business.
