So, Roy came over this afternoon. I'd called him up a little bit excited about my household door handle / lock that got stuck in the locked position. I had removed the handle and busted out the deadlatch thingy because that was the part that was unresponsive. So, when I called Roy, he asked a few questions and also had a reasonable housecall fee.
