THIS store charged me an additional $17 to exchange incorrect size good quality children’s shoe for a lower quality, pair of shoes. I was very disappointed in the attitude of the manager. It was obvious the store was taking advantage of sale prices and lack of stock to effect price gouging.

The challenge began when the shoes I bought were reduced in price as result of a sale. Also, I was unable to exchange for the same shoes as a result of lacking inventory in the store. There were lower quality shoes available that were not on sale. This meant that in order to exchange sizes of shoes I had to accept the $10 devaluation of the shoes I originally bought. I then had to pay an additional amount of $7 to complete the exchange for less quality shoes. The manager of the store refused to be accommodating about the sale pricing of the original shoes. Nor was he willing to consider a sale price on the lower quality shoes. If the exchange had not been for an excited grandson , I would have just demanded a refund and bought the shoes elsewhere. Went to go get my niece some shoes and i waited for someone to help. I had to go find someone, only to find 2 of them in the corner by the baseball gloves talking so i asked for the shoes ge gave them to me only to find that he gave me the wrong ones I wanted filas he gave me rbx. Then he walked away. So then I had to wait for him to come back and he didnt another customer found 3 of them in the corner and then a different guy came and helped and i finally got the correct shoes. Terrible, rude service from the store manager, of all people. His name was Rolly, or something like that, and he shouldn't be working in customer service period. He will hurt your business. I will never shop there again, and neither will any of my family members, or friends!!! If anyone higher up in the corporation would like to talk to about this, feel free to contact me. People there are lots of stores that sell the same items as that store, don't give that place your business. Thrust me, the store manager there...
