This gym has high quality, desirable bodybuilding machines from Flex Fitness, Bodymasters, Icarian, Hammer Strength, and Cybex. They have high quality barbells from Texas Power Bars, many cable attachments from name brands like Mag Grips (not knock offs), and plenty of 45 plates. If weights aren't your thing, no problem, they have plenty of high quality cardio machines. They even have 2 Woodway treadmills and a Rogue Echo bike, among many other pieces of cardio and a full functional fitness area and a heavy bag. It is a family-run business and they treat you with the utmost TLC in addition, to treating everyone respectful like family. It is always kept very clean and well maintained additionally, they have excellent private personal trainers available. They acquiring new updated equipment on a regular basis. Family owned and operated gym right in Sommers Point outside of Linwood and Ocean City. Steve and family offer a great home gym feel with most of the attending population also very genuine and kind. Plenty of equipment for all types of lifters, runners from noive to experts. Seperate rooms for classes and boxing bags available as well.
