South Texas Hardware — Local services in Somerset

I've been going here for years!! Unfortunately, I came across a new manager or whatever she calls herself. Rude!!! Went back four times & still was given wrong supplies. All over a part they recommended, which broke. (14.00 dollars). NO BIG DEAL! right? Returned it & manager was rude and unfriendly! She gave me broken tool back.(which did not work & they recommended. At this point it's the principle of the situation and lack of experience. I will be going for Lowe's in San Antonio now! Somerset small town, you don't do this to neighbors. Owner is so post to call me we will see. What happen to the employees who understand what customers need & not waste out time. They are so lost in that store . Don't recommend an item if you don't know what you are doing! "Hello". They are only about the same not customer services. All over 14.00 dollars. They can kept that wrong part & the 14.00 dollars. I have no plans on returning. I've been going there for years. That stops today! Shame on them & their lack of professionalism and common courtesy.( I always have Jupes). Just like every other business that employs teenagers this one has gotten worse I went in on a Sunday there were only 3 teenagers there a tall boy a girl and I didn't pay attention to the other one the tall boy and the girl were conversing while I was standing there waiting for someone to help me and didn't care if they carried on their conversation or not I would not shop...
