I can’t believe the owner asked me for a tip. I was obligated to leave her a dollar tip. It was so weird. I won’t be going back. The people with food stamps keep her in business because it’s free for them. The quality isn’t great. Its Sunday with literally piles and piles of cookies in back and I said that’s a lot, must be a lot of waste she says no it sells. My pastries are hard. I support mom and pops but this lady leaves her stuff out all day then overnight. It gets really hard, worst off, the lady pressures you into giving her a tip. I assume her business is still open because she accepts food stamps, maybe she can ask those people who are literally paying nothing. I love this place! It's in Somerset and every time I drive thru Somerset I get some of their pan dulce (Mexican sweet pastries). Delicious in the winter with some Abuelita's hot chocolate!!! MmmMmm!! 😋 They also sell mangonadas, ice cream, and homemade flour tortillas....
