If I could give them a 2.5 star review I would. When my fiance bought my ring here, though he and my sister knew my ring size, they refused to resize it because the first resize is free and they wanted to "make it count". It really put a damper on the proposal and I had to spend four hours total driving back and forth from home to Somerset to get it resized and then pick it up. I am only giving them three stars because of how quick the resizing process was- it took only a week to be finished. Gentleman, if you know your ladies ring size, either refuse to buy the ring unless they resize it or take your business somewhere else. I cried over the fact that my ring didn't fit and my proposal felt incomplete for almost a week before I got my ring back. I would have much rather paid a to have the ring resized the second time than to wait and for things to not feel right and go this route. If your customer requests something, you do it, no matter if that is how you "usually" do things or not. If it is important to your customer that the ring fit when he buys it (which it was to my fiancée and he almost didn't want to ask with a ring that wouldn't fit because he knew it wouldn't feel right, but he did not feel comfortable speaking up to the sales woman) then you do what they ask.
