Good professional service for the most part with the exception of a employee their named Jarod. Not sure if he is a manager or what his title or deal is. He is consistently unprofessional & snarky towards myself & fiancé. Have tried calling this location multiple times since last Friday, September, 2nd, 2022 to speak with GM about Jarod’s continuous unprofessionalism with no results getting through to the store phone line. Called the store in the hospital Monday to get name of GM & was informed by a employee their, Courtney would give us a call after we left name & contact info. It’s now Thursday & have continued to try calling said store through the week, again with no results. Read moreOkay, I'm going to start by saying that I don't usually complain but after the 7th-10th time going there & getting bad service, something needs to be done. There is probably a total of 1 or two pleasent people working in there. The others are high school age students who are completely rude & they can't make a sandwich to save their lives. The sandwiches look like they've been thrown together by a couple of 5 year olds, on top of their hateful attitudes. One time I went in there & asked what was in the chicken salad, the girls response after she got done staring at me was "uhhhh I don't know? Chicken? It's all mushed together". I came in around lunchtime when it was busy, and the young girl working behind the counter had a nasty attitude from the moment I walked in. She acted like taking my order was a burden, rolled her eyes when I asked questions, and was completely dismissive when I tried to clarify what I wanted. She slammed ingredients around and didn’t even try to make the sandwich properly — everything was falling apart, and she barely wrapped it.
