My recent experience at the Taco Bell in Somerset, KY, was nothing short of a test of patience and left me deeply disappointed. The level of service and overall quality of the dining experience was unbelievably terrible, pushing the boundaries of what one might endure in the name of fast food.
To start, the service I encountered was nothing short of a complete letdown. It's difficult to find the right words to describe the inefficiency and apathy displayed by the staff. Long wait times and mistakes in orders were all too common, leading to a frustrating experience. The level of service provided at this Taco Bell was far from the standard one would expect, and it's unfortunate that such a well-known fast-food chain could deliver such subpar service.
The state of the dining area and restrooms was another major concern. Cleanliness and hygiene are paramount in any restaurant, and it's disheartening to hear that this Taco Bell failed to maintain basic standards in this regard. A dining area and restrooms in poor condition can seriously detract from the overall dining experience and give the impression of a poorly managed establishment.
The reviewer even marked the restaurant off their list of places to eat, and it's not difficult to understand why. Ordering food from the drive-thru should be a straightforward and efficient process, but it appears that this particular Taco Bell had turned it into a comically frustrating experience. While humor can be found in many situations, it's certainly not what you expect when you're simply looking for a quick meal.
In conclusion, it's clear that the Taco Bell in Somerset, KY, is in dire need of significant improvements in service, cleanliness, and overall management. For those considering a visit, it might be worth thinking twice, especially if you value efficiency, cleanliness, and a hassle-free dining experience. While humor has its place, it shouldn't be a part of the dining equation when you're simply looking to satisfy...
Read moreIt was very upsetting, sad, unsanitary, and poorly ran. Went through drive thru and they could only accept cash which was fine. I spent over $30 and only got half of my order in the bag and I asked the lady if that was everything and if my deluxe fry box and sauce was in the bag and she said it was. Which it was not. So then I pulled around and walked inside and told them that my order was not correct and I was missing half my order but not only was I missing my order the place was a mess. Chips crushed up all over floor. Used toilet paper on the floor in front of the register. Fountain and condiments section and counter tops was gross. No one greeted me when I walked in. I stood at the register for 15 mins before they even acknowledge me. The manager step up and got on the food preparation table and was fixing orders at a fast and sloppy frustrated manor with none of the food stocked to make the tacos and burritos with. No meat. No cheese. Finally I walked to the end of the registers counter and looked back in the kitchen and drive thru and the drive thru lady finally came and assisted me and I told her exactly what I missing seeing how she was the one who told me it was all there. And they redone my whole order just to mess it up all over again. In which they still left off my deluxe fry box and my extra nacho fry. Along with my number 8 combo of 3 Dorito tacos. But I took my food thanked them and told them may god bless. Not to mention they all seem like they was on some kind of substance. May god bless them all and spare them with this review to shape up things and fix all errors that...
Read moreMy wife and I have been employed by over 12 resturants combined locally and abroad and have each managed and have had management experience for over 8 years between us .So naturally we understand the insurance and outs of restaurants, expected service times and qualities depending on many variables such as rush business hours of the day, quality of food due to seasons or volume of customers. So needless to say when we went to our local somerset Taco Bell at 1am... This time chose by us because the amount of buisness should have been dwindling which generally mean the quanlity of the food should have been better it should have been fresher and just made and in a cleaner ready for close environmen. But unfortunately our assumptions were incorrect and our faith in one of our top 5 favorite fast food restaurants was miss placed. To start they didn't have any of our first 4 drink options .Then once we had ordered our food and spent 26 dollars to feed the two of us. As we started to eat our 5 dollar loaded nachos our disappointment began, the extra nacho cheese we paid extra for was cold. And the deeper we got into the nachos the more stale they began to taste. And so my wife decided to take a break and eat some of her cinna bites and as she expected to bite into a soft, warm, cinnamon flavored, icing filled treat but instead she bit into a hard, burnt, over cooked, and sadly do to those features overpriced cinnamon bite. We will return and hopefully receive better dining experience as will the rest of their...
