Burger King — Restaurant in Somerset

Went through the drive thru today. The person that took my order was incredibly rude and acted as though I was putting her out by putting in my order. No "hello, welcome to Burger King, can I take your order?". No, it was "What's your order?" then she cut me off asking "What drink?" instead of giving me half a second to tell her what I wanted. My next attempt to order a whopper combo, I was cut off by her saying "Cheese?" before I could finish talking. I'm sorry I inconvenienced you. How dare I offend you by bringing money, that I earn working a much more stressful job than you could handle, and offering it in exchange for food? Very disappointing. I'll use the bk across town...

Visited on a weekday between 4-5pm. Not crowded, plenty of parking spaces, fast drive thru service, and friendly staff. However the food this day wasn't fresh or hot. The fries & cheese sticks where very dry and cold. The whopper's were warm but not freshly cooked at all. The soda's tasted watered down. The milkshakes turned out awesome. I usually eat at this restaurant about 3times a month around breakfast or lunch and I've never had an issue the food is awesome always fresh and hot during breakfast and lunch hours. Despite the North Burger King’s online hours of operation spanning from 6 AM to midnight, I encountered an issue when I placed an online order that was accepted, only to find the establishment closed when I arrived at 11:10 PM. The restaurant’s signage and online hours indicate that it should be open during that time. Why is it not adhering to its advertised hours? If the hours are changed, they should be consistent and reflect the actual operating hours. Closing 10 minutes early or 5 minutes early is acceptable, but nearly an hour early...
