Del Sol & Ace Hardware — Local services in Somerton

Two stars for the store customer service no stars myself and my husband traveled to this Ace Hardware because we do not have one in our local town we thought we would stroll through the store and see what they had and pick and choose what we wanted to buy we were followed by employees for over an hour no one asked if we needed any help or if we had any questions they just kept following us like we were going to steal something we ended up spending $100 in the store so that should let them know we weren't there to take any of their items maybe they should inquire with the customers and use better common sense then assuming...

1st time visitor to this hardware store...I was trying to find some plastic coated wire clothes line that was supposedly on sale. I asked one of the employees--first in English, and then in Spanish. He sent me to now fewer than 3 different aisles in a large store. I finally found it on my own, except the brand that was supposedly on sale...I cut my losses, left the store, and told him,"If some other wants clothesline, send them to Aisle 13. " Nice store. ...

Needs improvement like asap I've visited ace hardware for years but I have never been to a location where the talk bad about you for not being able to find what you need other place greet you as soon as you walk in and help you through out your shopping just amazing (tucson) but this place man needs new management and an entire new crew I mean everyone in that place gotta...
