I was craving Mexicali Chinese and this is the closest I can get to it. I won't be going again. I asked for sweet and sour, never got it. My tea tasted odd, and I was told to just stir it. It was horrible. We ordered Dinner #2, and the entrees had no serving spoons. After 10 minutes of waiting, we were brought 1 ladle and was told there were no spoons but she gave me another set of silverware which had a spoon..smh. Finished eating, no server. Waited 15 minutes and I finally asked the other server in Spanish if we could have 2 boxes. That took 15 minutes. People came in after us and left before us, we were ignored. There were only 3 people on the Chinese side besides us; it was about the same on the Mexican food side, but I was told that they were short servers, as there was only 2 working. I was apologized to. But that does not make it right. I told the cashier, our original server que no tiene respecto para su customers. And, yes, I understand Spanish and there was no respect. Read moreFirst time customer today .. and it was unpleasant from the moment we walked in .. tables were dirty floors were sticky and customer service was non existent.. I ordered the orange chicken with fried rice my partner ordered the shrimp lo mein .. the only decent thing was the fried rice the orange chicken was super dry and tasted old most pieces my fork couldn’t even poke through that’s how tough the pieces of chicken were ! And the shrimp lo mein was even worse the shrimp was fishy smelling and the sauce on the noodles had a weird taste almost like pot roast tasting and the vegetables were super firm and pieces of the broccoli cold ! I would rate our experience less than a 1 star But not possible also I’m not the type to post reviews ever but that’s how horrible the experience was .. 34.00 dollars and all we could eat was some fried rice. Very disappointing but I guess walking in to an empty dirty restaurant with no staff out to greet us should’ve been...
Read moreWas told how good the food was. NOT. At arrival non speaking English asked what we wanted to drink, speaking Spanish. We asked for water with ice. Several times she asked Agua and we said yes. Water came in big glass right out of the tap temp with no ice. We pointed out our order on the menu and she brought a fork on a paper napkin back to us. Lunch came, huge quantity. Pork was as tough as shoe leather - had 1 bite that was enough. Fried rice had no flavor. Chop suey? had no flavor and egg roll was pathetic. The egg foo Yong was fried to the point of breaking a tooth. I left my meal with 1 pc pork. 2 bites of chop suey, 1 tooth breaking bite of egg Foo Yong and a sickly egg roll left on my plate. This had to be one of the worse meals I have ever been served. Uck...
