My sister was seen here by Dr. Russel McNair several days ago for a Cyst while we were visiting the area. She was given Antibiotics but almost zero follow up care or instructions. Two days later she ended in the ER and admitted for two days for sepsis. We should have either been referred to a different clinic that could adequately address her ailment or received more comprehensive care. Had we followed Dr. McNairs “advice” to just follow up with our PCP at home, my sister could have had a very different outcome. I cannot in good conscience recommend this clinic. The building itself needs a facelift...lol .. but the service is great. The girls at the front desk need to smile more :) It's depressing to walk in to a medical building and the first people you see look like they are hating life! Especially since this is a medical building that deals with mental health, the atmosphere should be a bit more uplifting and encouraging positivity. Just me thoughts.
