Del Sol Market — Local services in Somerton

I really do like Del Sol Market. But, one thing must be improve.

I went to the Service Department where you can pay bills, get money order, buy Pesos, and much more. I saw the sign closed, but I was waited for 5 minutes in line. Their was a older man front of me in line as well was waiting even longer, yet few more minutes pass by no employee of the store came, so the older man went to talk to the cashier to get someone to open the Service Department. The manager came to us and said their employee is on lunch break for one hour. Time that took place 11:30 AM. So, the older man, me, and other people that were waiting in line left the store.

To be clear, I have no problem for any employee to be on lunch break. But, I wish if the store manager can have more employees at Service Department so customers can pay bills, get money order, and buy pesos. That's my 2.5...

Shopping here is convenient due to it being the major grocery store. The only issue is some of the workers need to learn to be patient and let customers know. What’s going on. May be grabbing something from a customer or checking something in the back or whatever but they get up and walk away and creates a bigger fuse. Sometimes there will be one register open when there is a lot of people making line and let customers know someone might be coming or to please be patient I’ll get to you soon. They make mean mad faces and it’s childish. Or start yelling at other coworkers to open register like crazy. Also that you created self check out for the customer to get in and out fast not to be stopped and be asked to show your bag. Please train your employees a bit better in...

I noticed a few of the workers while shopping here. Only reason I give it 3 stars is to the few good workers inside and the short skinny guy who does the 🛒 he's one of the guys who does carts is quick and fast pace to help others in need for carts. I swear Everytime I come there's usual never any carts in the parking lot. Now I went today and didn't see my buddy but the guy today working is a huge slacker. Just walking around the store. I go in today and literally carts are scattered everywhere including the intrance to even grab a cart. That is a safety issue for people who are disabled.
