I cannot recommend this business enough. I was a little nervous and skeptical even because I have never felt the need for a lot of product and I've never struggled with my skin so I wasn't sure I needed much. Elizabeth is extremely helpful from start to finish. I appreciated the reminders leading up to my virtual appointment (I have a very hectic schedule) and the thoroughness of the intake form. Then, when the appointment came, the conversation was so much more than I thought it was. We talked about my diet, my auto immune, my questions about everything from gua sha to botox and red light. Elizabeth was extremely patient with me and understanding of my lack of knowledge. Afterwards, she took the time to customize her recommendations off of my budget, my lifestyle, and even directly contacted her products to ensure they wouldn't set off my autoimmune. She didn't just recommend product but also vitamins, devices, nearby treatments and every product was well explained and well within my budget. Elizabeth gave me the best facial! Her knowledge of skincare was truly impressive and all of her products felt (and smelled!) so good. I appreciated that she offered to talk me through what she was doing or have a quiet facial without chatting. Update: I went back and tried a buccal massage! I wish I could have this treatment every week :) The massage relieved so much tension and my jaw line looked super defined afterward.
