The application process is alarmingly warning to those China-based applicants, you have to have a strong communist party background or association to get their admission - despite ongoing suppression and condenscention over people with faith by the CCP at home and overseas.
âď¸But donât worry too much, you donât have to exactly come from the Chinese communist party. By strong association, itâs meant where your name (in Pinyin or characters), birthdate, or even face shapes, nose angle, etc. have to contain some literal or anecdotal information that reads like you are in love with the Chinese communist partyâs past actions so that youâre considered politically correct. Otherwise, you wonât have a chance to apply even though you do submit an application. I cannot tell you that even my TOELF score is cut short where they could hack your internet and computer to make the recording intermittent so that you wouldnât receive a full score.
My application was full of being cyberattacked and dehumanized; I didnât get an interview invitation, neither. I learnt from the application process that political dissents are not welcomed.
