I was here Sunday February 25,2018 to enjoy a splendid concert . I purchased a Balcony A, row EE, seat 4 ticket. This sit is abstracted with balcony bars so that I could see only 1/8 of the orchestra. I couldn't see the conductor and the pianist at all. This seat should be prohibited for sale. When I was trying to change that nasty seat for a better one, the ladies who are in the concert hall to make the customers comfortable ruined my Sunday to the worst. So, make sure to read Harvards disability access policies and plan...
