While I wish I could say that I visited the store, I unfortunately only had the pleasure of working with Therese over the phone. My friend was in Sonoma, staying at the Lodge Sonoma for her 40th birthday. I was unable to make the trip with her. I wanted to send a surprise of a few local things and the hotel recommended that I contact Shopkeeper. Obviously not being there, left me with a challenge on what to get her and Therese was just simply wonderful. She had so many suggestions and ideas—offering to even give my friend a free coffee if she stopped in during her stay. Her enthusiasm just radiated through the phone and she was so eager to help make this perfect and easy. She sent me pictures and worked quickly to come up with a great gift that I know my friend is going to love! Not to mention, Therese even thought of the logistical issues like TSA restrictions since my friend didn’t check a bag. Therese and her team are absolutely incredible. We organized an executive event in Sonoma and needed 15 unique, special, local gift baskets and Therese and her team went above and beyond to make sure these gifts were authentically sourced, supported local artisans, and were going to be a very special gift for our executives to remember the event by. Her team also hand delivered these gifts to the hotel for us, made sure dietary restrictions were accommodated, and organized all of these gifts in a matter of days.
