I was a little ehhh about the place at the beginning. However, I was recommended this place by a coworker, and I figured I would give it a try. From the moment I walked in... to the moment I walked out; it was such a friendly and very welcoming place. I arrived and the lady at the front desk was attending someone else, so I took a seat and waited my turn. After a minute or two, they were done and she immediately asked, "how may I help you?" I smiled and got up and informed her that I had an appointment. She did her computer magic and handed me paperwork to fill out. She was extremely nice and so friendly! Once I was done filling out the paperwork, I handed her everything she needed, and she took me back to a room and spoke to me.
Doctor Matt spoke to me, and he was very attentive and made me feel like I had no worries in the world. He was very patient, understanding and very professional. I was then escorted to one of their message chairs and another lady there adjusted my seat and checked on me twice for my 15 minutes on the chair. Once I was finished, another gentlemen arrived and escorted me to a different room and spoke to me and I received my (what I would call it...) deep tissue massage on where I was hurting. He asked me twice if he was doing it firm enough or needed to go light. After that was complete, he went over some exercises I could do at home to help with my issues! Once this was complete, Doctor Matt walked in and spoke to me again and asked if I had any questions or concerns and spoke to me about how many more times, he believes he needs to see me so I can resolve my issue. Once our conversation was over, he escorted me to the front desk, and I was back at the lady (from the beginning). She asked me, "How did it go?" and was very friendly and nice. We then scheduled a couple more appointments to further resolve my issue.
I can truly say I am very excited to come back for my future appointments due to their staff and the doctor being very friendly, helpful, welcoming and professional. I would highly recommend this place! Don't take my word for it, have your own experience. You won't be disappointed, at least I wasn't!
Oh, and overall, I was probably there... an hour and a half. Just because it was my first time and had to fill out paperwork. but they did inform me that my appointments will typically be 45...
Read moreThey were nice and got me in super short notice but I felt really scammed and misled. All the prices were given based "if I need x-rays" and then once you get to the doctor there's no "if." He doesn't do adjustments without x-rays, period. But they won't tell you that until you're back in the exam room and give you more paperwork you should have gotten to see before. Who does that? Five pages in the waiting area and three more in the exam room, but the ones in the exam room have less personal health information than the ones in the waiting room. I've never been in a car accident or trauma. I slept funny or something and had neck/shoulder pain for a week and just wanted an adjustment. I have had adjustments in the past so it's not like I was new to chiropractic either. The insurance lady said 225 with my insurance and 290 without depending on if I needed x-rays. I had not been in any accidents or trauma so I was willing to spend 225 because it included other treatments that I thought might help me. It was IF you need them and I shouldn't need them, right? But there is no option without x-rays. And the doctor was pulling excuses out of a hat why I needed them. Like well you could have broken a rib? Like how?!? Nothing happened. Well you could have been coughing too hard and broken one. I haven't been coughing and this pain is new? Red flag city. There is no option without x-rays! Nor could I talk him out of skipping the adjustment in order to skip the x-rays, and just get the other treatments. It's his "policy." You have to buy all of it. So why didn't the prices just include that from the get-go if it's the policy? Most people would feel cornered since I was already in there and already filled out so much information and it's not "that" much more for x-rays. But I walked out and went somewhere else. I paid a fraction of price for adjustment elsewhere and feel...
Read moreI have been injured at work twice since 2023. You name it and I’ve tried it. When it comes to my journey for diagnosis and effective treatment for relief. I’ve spent thousands and I owe thousands. I will say yes the money spent on injections was worth the migraine relief, however with that being, said I can absolutely save others in my position a lot of money and time and grief by directing you to active health and wellness first or as an accompaniment to the medley of needs you may have toward improving the quality of life with less pain. Not only physically but financially as well (very reasonable) and not only financially but mentally, as they request your records and do assessments and strive toward an actual plan of treatment based on your actual issues. This is Not a cookie cutter one size fits all finance depleting dead end.and not only mentally but personally as there is a real legitimate team vibe, not people just doing the bare minimum for a paycheck but earning a living while helping others and not just personally but compassionately, there is a vibe there that you’ll want to discount because it’s not common anymore but after a couple visits you realize you are surrounded by not one but a crew of actual decent people with an honest and considerate approach to serve you. It’s really impressive. And if all that doesn’t convince you….the luxury of care should. Every visit is not just specialized targeted chiropractic adjustments it’s specified massage, ultrasound therapy, physical therapy, massage chairs/beds and those amazing current patches ( don’t remember what those are called) and people who you can be completely comfortable around while your body is treated to the love it needs and deserves. Awesome sh*t is...
