I had inquired about getting jewelry pieces fixed that I have already had fixed before and wanted to try somewhere new… not only did they do An extraordinary job fixing them, but they also beat the price of any other jewelry store I have ever gone to!! If you’re thinking of purchasing or even just getting something fixed or cleaned Diamond Jim’s the place to be !!!!! Extremely happy with the work they did for me , and the price was a huge bonus !!! They also cleaned my jewelry for me !!! I had two chain charms fixed & a necklace clasp fixed !! Amazing job! Thanks again!! 💗 Ps : forgot to add this in !! He had it fixed less than a week!! Also beating any timing any other store has ever done for me !! ;)

The gem of jewelry stores in South Bend! After another store sold me a ring but didn’t provide an appraisal I stopped to speak to someone about getting an appraisal. After discovering Diamond Jim’s I have not purchased anything anywhere else. I have made 10+ purchases and each one has been a pleasure! As well as myself, my mother, husband, sister and Brother in law are all loyal customers as well. Jeff is knowledgeable and kind. He is honest which is hard to find in the jewelry market. They also can do custom jewelry! I had a replica of my grandmas ring made and it’s perfect! Bonus: there is a store dog Alpha!

Why go to a HIGH priced Jewelry store? If you're looking for something special, this is the place to go. Jeff is wonderful to work with. On several occasions Jeff has found me (as well my family) exactly what we were looking for. I have bought several loose stones (mostly diamonds of great quality) and Jeff has an enormous amount of inventory at his disposal that, with his help, have created outstanding pieces of Jewelry for my wife and Daughter-in-Law. you Just cannot beat the quality, price and experience. I plan on, once again upgrading my wife's wedding ring and there is no other place that I would even consider for this precious keepsake....
