We recently bought furniture from this store in June for our new home. As usual we were very nervous thinking about all the furniture needed and the number of shops we might need to visit and the time it takes etc etc. We found this place on our way home from usual shopping and I am glad we found this place. As soon as we walked into the store, we were greeted by this wonderful sales person Ujala Khawaja , She is amazing, super courteous and kind and made a huge difference in our thinking. She made it look like furniture shopping is in fact enjoyable. The store has so many options to choose from with different styles. The unique styles will definitely catch your eyes. Ujala is very knowledgeable and she is very quick in understanding our needs and suggests the best choices that suit us. It is our pleasure working with her. She catered to our needs and we ended up buying several items from her, including living room sofa, love seat, side and center table, two beds and side items. Ujala helped us schedule the date to match with our moving date and we can’t wait to see and enjoy our new furniture. We were very happy with the store and Ujala. We will definitely buy from Ujala and this store again for any of our future furniture needs. This is maybe a few years late! But I think it’s still important I post this. An acquaintance of mine recently suffered at this store - and I realized I should make my experience public so that people know what they are signing up for.

A few years back - I had purchased a bed set from these guys and they started pushing out the delivery date due to supply chain issues. When they did deliver the bed set, the bed was very creaky. I asked for them to come have a look. They came to make some temp adjustments - but the creaking just won’t stop. I finally went to the store to either ask for a refund or get me a replacement. Here is the best part: the owner / manager started arguing with me loudly in the store without wanting to hear what I had to say. He also insinuated that i am doing this sham to get a better bed for the same price!!!! My wife was me - and he treated her no better!! He finally offered me a replacement bed which was clearly of lesser value. But I had to get rid of the creaky bed and agreed. The replacement bed also arrived very late.

All in all - a terrible experience. Bad delivery and a customer experience nightmare. I have personally never visited the store again - and ensured none of my close friends & family go...

What a nice and beautifully decorated store! They carry a wide range of furniture from different brands which makes it so much convenient to pick and choose instead if running from store to store. Also the Sales Associates are very seasoned unlike most of the other places which are more commercial. Ujala, Joumana and Carroll are super helpful and these ladies are there through the week and extremely knowledgeable about the subject. Ujala helped me order and choose my furniture and I was really impressed by her aesthetic sense so I felt comfortable with her helping me make the selection according to my desired color combinations. Joumana was very helpful throughout the delivery process as most of my furniture was custom ordered and was coming from different locations. They answered my calls every single and were always super professional and nice which is all a customer is looking for when they are willing to spend the money. This seamless process is definitely implemented by a very professional and nice owner of the store, Karl. He made it a point to give me the best possible prices on the modern style furniture that I bought from them. Altogether a very professional, honest and personable team! Would go...
