The Bagel Basket — Restaurant in South Brunswick

Have been coming here for 15 years— and the service and food has really gone down. Placed order online for 4 bagels. None were toasted. Ordered French toast bagel and got cinnamon instead, they should have just called to ask before replacing. After coming in and requesting a different flavor, they don’t apologize, they prepared a new bagel - untoasted. Came back in to request to toast the bagel (I’m still not upset at this point). Then I was asked to provide the receipt for the order which was now in car. Went back to the car and the receipt said to toast the bagels. Now I had to ask, what’s the problem? Then I received an apology. That’s it. An extra 10-15 minutes spent and the bagels I received were mid, not fresh, and the texture was more bread like than bagel like. I’ll have to find a...

First timer . Was looking for bagels on thanksgiving day and found this place open . Not many places around were open that day . Went for a quick coffee and bagels 🥯 for all kids . We ordered 6 bagels 🥯 and it took them about 10-20 mins overall. Not bad but could be quicker .. not much crowd when we went . There were 3-4 people waiting in the queue .. coffee was almost over . I should have waited for a new brew . The old one wasn’t that good .

I actually liked the bagels .. it was like a Manhattan style flat bagel . 🥯 out of 6 - 3 bagels had good amount of cream cheese and the rest 3 had very less cream cheese . I wentto Bagel Basket for notary work. I had called and was told to come in. I went in, and the manager saw and nodded his head. Since it was busy, I waited patiently.After 20 minutes, when all customers were served, I waited for my turn. It turned out that another person was the notary. He saw me ( 4 people working there), but just ignored, and took another customer...even though he knew I was waiting patiently. That is so rude and discriminating, and disrespectful! It is not like the notary is free of charge! I walked out! I will Never ever recommend Bagel Basket or Their Notary service to anyone!...
