Update after owner response: I'm writing a review based on your actions and attitude. I didn't tell the shot clinic to set up in the area & I don't leave pet waste on the ground. I simply parked in unmarked parking and got treated like I was scum & the stupidest person in the world after politely asking "I'm sorry, where can we park?" for issues that you had with other people. If you had simply been kind and polite back this review wouldn't be here, and it seems that I was right in posting this as you doubled down and made excuses for being rude to people who did not intend to disturb your empty parking lot. I don't even care that we had to move, it was your crass attitude that did it for me.
They should put signs in their parking spaces or block them off for when there's shot clinics. It's kind of bizarre how possessive and rude they are about the parking spaces because it's not like there's people lining up and getting in fights because they can't wait to get their sewing machines fixed. & Then when people ask where they CAN park, they shouldn't respond in a rude manner as if we should know where we can park. If we knew, we wouldn't be in your unlabeled spots. I would think with a bunch of people that normally wouldn't have exposure to your business in the area you'd be a lot nicer in hopes of attracting people. I don't care if you're selling pounds of pure gold for $5 - I wouldn't want to support any business with...
Read moreThe staff are very friendly. My issue is with their service department policies. Let me be clear the service guy was helpful and in his own way did his best to work within their system.
There service fees are outrageous!!! 24 dollar just to look at your machine without opening or inspecting internally. If they open the machine (in my case 6 easily viewable/accessible screws). The charge goes up to the 90 dollar range. Doesn’t sound to horrible except the problem with my machine was literally a $1 part which the service guy sold me so I could attempt the repair at home. Which was literally a 5 minute job if that.
Their pricing is what really turned me off of their service department.
LET ME BE CLEAR... again. The store, the classes, and the staff seem to be really good caring and informative. It’s just the service pricing I don’t feel is fair or...
