Now, listen I am never one to make a review. But for this place, I have to. But fair warning when I do make a review I MAKE A REVIEW. So get comfortable because I'm about to ride a paragraph. Maybe it's because I'm a server and I work my booty off and go above and beyond for my guest and to say the least the customer service in today's world is extremely lacking. This seven brew is definitely one of those places that is lacking... First before I say anything else I do wanna say that seven brew is probably the best Quick service coffee place I've ever been to they have the best flavors the best option options I highly recommend it to anybody reading thishowever, this specific location has been able to mess it up so many times, whereas if I go to any other Seven brew location, my coffee has never once been bad here it comes out, burnt tasting more often than not to the point where I now just get their energy drinks. However, as of today, not even the energy drinks can save it for the past three times we've went the workers there have been so rude. It's also pertinent to add that my fiancé since I've met him has been an over tipper by the largest amount since again I was a server. I taught him how to tip well at to tip extra well at places you frequent often and since then he has gone above and beyond typically tipping barista's like 25% plus and this place is no exception. Well, apparently, that means nothing to the good old staff of seven brew because this is the third time in a row that they have just like cut us off while we're talking, got our drinks wrong. My fiancé was trying to tell him the flavors he wanted added to his drink and then he turned to me to remind him what flavors he added, since I recommended a drink to him and he couldn't remember the flavors I said . And while he had his head turned, the guy asked "what size drink do you want?" My fiancé didn't even know that he said that and it's still looking at me and I'm looking at him and then as I'm about to say "oh he's asking you what size". The man cuts me off and literally rolls his eyes and then goes "small, medium large" in annoyed tone and shakes his head like we're the dumbest people on earth and I'm like bro he didn't even hear you. And y'all are probably thinking like oh exaggeration no I mean like this man acted like we were cockroaches under his foot the entire interaction we had with him for coming to his coffee place and ordering coffee. I wish I would've gotten his name and the girls name before but the girl last time we went cut us off multiple times while we were trying to order cause I think everybody has like a way they order their drinks. So like me I Say "can I get a pink mermaid with coconut milk added, medium, iced" And as I'm saying, coconut milk, this girl gonna start asking me what I want with it and I'm like girl If you don't let me finish this sentence I promise you if you just let me finish my sentence you will have the whole order you won't have any Questions but it's like they can only process one little tiny piece of information at a time. See ya, I wasn't surprised when there was no coconut milk added to my pink mermaid. Also, quick note to add the only good thing about going to this place. Is they constantly mess up drink orders? Like there's only two lanes, but they've given us the drink order for the people on the other lane like 3 Times now that we've been, which is a result of us getting an extra free coffee. Which ain't complaining? Because sometimes it evens out all the burnt coffee they give us. But it's good to add for a one star review about how much they suck. But yeah, that's pretty much it. Read moreFirst off, there are no physical menus available—you have to pull up the menu on your phone, which is inconvenient and frustrating. It slows down the whole ordering process, and I feel like it limits customers. Not everyone, especially older people, wants to pull out their phone just to figure out what to order, and even then, the menu online isn’t very clear. I didn’t even know at first that you could turn flavors into a lemonade, fizz, or energy drink. Because of this, we ended up holding up the line trying to figure things out, and instead of offering help, the staff seemed annoyed.
One teenage male worker in particular was sarcastic and rude. When my mom asked if they had to-go menus, his response was: “Yeah, so what you’re going to do is go to our website and print it out, then there you go.” Not only was this unhelpful, but the tone he used made it feel even ruder. On top of that, when I was trying to understand the drink process as a first time customer, he barely explained it and kept walking away instead of just helping us.
Another situation that left a bad taste in my mouth was when a lady gave me the wrong drink. I put my straw in before realizing, and instead of letting me keep it (which would’ve been a nice way to let me try a new flavor), she yanked it out of my hand and threw it in the trash right in front of me. That felt unnecessary and honestly a little disrespectful.
The one saving grace is that the drinks themselves were delicious, and I would come back for them. But it definitely won’t be at this location. I hope other 7brew spots have friendlier, more helpful staff who make customers feel welcome instead of rushed, confused, or...
Read moreI’ve been coming to 7brew since this new location opened up nearby me, it’s a great spot for any type of refreshing drink, but today my visit was truly exceptional thanks to one incredibly employee. From the moment I pulled in, I was greeted by a young woman who went by Gera, who brought an amazing energy to the place. Her welcoming attitude and enthusiasm made the experience so much better, she was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and even helped me choose a drink that would match me specifically. What really stood out was her attention to detail—she took the time to carefully explain the ingredients and made sure everything was just how I wanted. You can tell she genuinely cared about providing great service, which is rare these days. 7brew is always pleasant, but Gera’s positive attitude and professionalism made my visit memorable.
