I am giving this bad review for the poor service I receive every time I go to this Aldis location. There is one man with green hair that goes super fast at check out to the point that I am loading super fast and he is throwing the items into the cart .
I purchased approximately 50$ of groceries
I was finishing and paid and my sister went next she spent 130$ dollars .
As I was waiting for my sister to finish with her purchase , the man was throwing her stuff in and I was putting a box so her stuff would be intact. We were moving very quickly and my sister was paying while I was organizing the cart , she asked the man to please slow down and let her get her receipt, and he said to move the cart and finish over there . She didnāt even have her receipt š§¾ and the man behind her was making comments to my niece to put more than one item on the belt ( he had a couple items )
The cash register clerk then made a comment about being sorry we were making him wait . Which was ridiculous since all three of us my sister her daughter and I were doing everything to get the order purchased.
The man made a comment to move the cart with the food and I said ok and before I could take my hand š¤ out of the basket he pushed my food cart š towards me causing me to wrench my back and trip over the cart stubbing my foot( I am 100% disabled) from a work injury as a Registered Nurse for 35 years.
We completed our purchases and moved quickly away from the counter , only to hear him make comments to the next person about his inconvenience of us in a loud manner while laughing.

First time my credit card was "kept too long". Second time I was asked reinsert my card again due to "transaction didn't go through". I do have bank notifications and I returned back to the store within an hour for reimbursement. The stuff employee Ruben didn't even apologize, but offered to come tomorrow because "manager only authorized" to return me my money back, and also they closing. When I mentioned that I'll be out of town, he offered to me "go to any Aldi store, explain how my card was charged for merchandise I didn't buy and receive my money back over there". What a customer service!? I had to call to my bank take care of this issue due to Aldies employee was unhelpful and useless. I go to this store since it was opened and loved it till the last point. As I stood in line I watched the Carri cashier a young man greet the guy in front of me and ask if he wanted a receipt and then told him have a good day. As they finished I stepped up to the register and the guy cashier did not greet me at all. A child came from behind him and asked if they carried an item and he checked over the walker talkie and I thought ok now he will greet me and he simply held his hand out for the cash. I gave him the cash and he handed me my receipt and as I turned to walk away he barely said have a good day. As I walked away I could hear him once again greet the woman that was behind me enthusiastically. I left feeling highly disrespected that something as simple as a greeting was too much for the cashier. Feed back, treat every customer the same and...
