Horrible service. I ordered carryout online, order was to be ready in 16-26 min. We came up to the drive thru line about 20 minutes after i placed our order. Once at the window my husband asked to add a 2 liter of soda, young man came back with new total of a few dollars more (of course i added the soda), my husband paid and no recpeipt was given. After waiting about 5min, girl came and said there was a problem so are Pizza had to be remade and be another 5 minutes. Told us to pull around, so once we waited about another 10 minutes she started to walk our pizza outside but no 2L in hand. I told her that the kid didn't give us a receipt but I added a 2 liter when we came up to the window and she said that there was no record of it. After going back & forth about the soda i told her nevermind and we proceeded to get back into our car to leave. Don't order from this place. Horrible customer service. I had ordered an 8pc wing and received 6pc. When calling to notify of the mishap, spoke with Taylor, I was greeted horribly with no apology. I didn't want any refund or replacement, I simply wanted to let them know of the mistake and to double check their orders before sending out. Instead I'm greeted with I can't refund 2 wings, I can't redeem the wings but I can redeem this or that, that was on my order. Then Taylor proceeded to continue with I can't refund your entire order, what do you want!!! The only thing I said was I received a 6pc instead of an 8pc. I didn't want anything!
