La Michoacana — Restaurant in South Gate

I wouldn’t even give this place a star but I had too in order to post this review. By far the WORST ice cream store I have ever been too!!! There are so many better michoacana ice cream shops around the city than this one. My family and I were craving some ice cream so we walked to this store and as soon I was about to step a foot inside this shop the floor was soaked wet and there was no sign that the floor was wet so I waited for one of the workers to lmk if it was safe to enter. The worker saw me and told me it was fine to come in but to make sure to not fall because they don’t have business insurance in case I got hurt. What in the world what kind of business runs without insurance so if I would of tripped and fell and hit myself I would have to get the law involved for not placing a sign saying the floor was wet. Another incident occurred where while we were waiting in line my mother got hit with the chairs that the worker was putting away. My sister told the worker to be careful since she passed by them 3 times and hit my mom and didn’t even apologize. She said she didn’t hurt her when my mom clearly told her she did. Instead of admitting you hurt her you continued to argue with her. I told the cashier off and said what I had to say because no customer who’s paying and waiting in line should have to ever feel uncomfortable or disrespected period! I hope they check their employees for their rude, incompetent, and disgusting behavior. If you can please avoid this place at all costs. I’m usually never the type of person to call out a business especially when I’m trying to support Mexican owners small businesses but if they think this is what it takes to run one boy they need to be checked. In glad I’m not the only one who has to write a bad review you can see other reviews on here...

worst customer service I have ever had so far ladies are unorganized unprofessional and have no idea what there doing whos order is whos I came here after work for some nachos hot cheetos with chees and an ice cream very simple order they made everything at different times half my order was sitting on the counter without letting me know the chips were so soggy and cold from the cheese on them sitting there when I infrormed the employer she took the soggy chips and added more cheese on top of the cold ones and said she couldnt give me new ones even though they never told me they were mine on the counter then they tried charging me for another customers order on top of mine dont go there if you dont want a headaches worst...

I went today and the lady was very rude. I asked for Tostilocos and I asked the lady to don't add certain things I cant have since i do have allergies to certain condiments and she proceeds to be rude about it and says "well then that's not Tostilocos " I answered for her to just please give me what I'm asking for and made it clear I didn't care about any extra charge...I just went in there for a simple request. She made every thing I ordered very difficult and to HER liking..I asked for tapatio salsa, just a Lil bit...and she over did it with Valentina, something I didn't ask for...she's definitely new because I always come here and I loved the service, but this lady was not it..very...
