This place should be more well known. The owner is amazing! we can talk about customer service but I think that the 4.9 rating that he has speaks for itself. I had my computer reset because of some bug issues and it never turned on. I took it to a friend and they were not able to do anything. I took it to Geek Squad at Best Buy and they said I needed a whole new computer and offered me $200 for my MacBook Pro 2017 (such a scam by the way). I took it to Julio and he literally took a look and automatically knew what he was doing. He is very knowledgeable on what he is doing and will do the work EXCELLENTLY. I loved that not only did he do the work and had all the materials needed, he explained to me exactly what the issue was and further information on how to keep my device in excellent condition. It turns out that my computer had prior water damage that created a circuit cut and damaged the charging port area and would not allow my computer to boot nor charge. I felt like this is the type of place that you can put you're trust in and know that they are not trying to scam you. He did amazing and charged me very little for it. I wanted to just pay him double because of how cheap it was. My computer works wonderful now and I will definitely be giving this place my trust and future service. I never Review places but this is the first time I genuinely felt scammed. Charged me 50 bucks to install a second SSD into my laptop. Which is actually just unscrewing the back and pushing in the ssd. Probably costed him 10 minutes of work. But before he wanted to upsell me to replace my current SSD and reinstall windows for 130ish dollars. Wanting to get me to copy my hardrive into the new one to probably charge me more. Best buy would install the ssd for 40 bucks, so go with that. My laptop was perfectly suited for using a second ssd. But he wanted me to belive using it as storage would somehow make it unable to run programs which is just false. If you dont belive just me look up installing second SSD in laptop. Not worth it. Really good service for the price. I brought my PC to Julio because of glitches and weird lags i've experience with my PC. Specially with FPS drop on my games. I also brought it because i need it to install a 1TB hard drive. The price for the whole thing was less than 30 dollars. I once paid 75 bucks at FRYS (City of Industry) just to diagnose my PC and the crew there were slow. Julio was pretty fast to detect the issue that was causing this issue.
