El Grande Motel — Hotel in South Gate

Worst hotel ever!! Rooms were filthy. The bathroom was never cleaned, there was urine all over toilet bowl and the stinch was just awful. Linens on beds were full of women's hairs, so i don't know if they were even changed. The floors were dirty and there were cockroaches crawling around Was a very uncomfortable stay. The rooms smelled like pee, TV did not work and there was only one plug in the bathroom for your use. No plugs by the bed or in any part of the room. There were to many bad to things with this place! The list can just go on and on. Room was very expensive too, ($140) for such low low low quality...

To top it off the people who run that place, speaks no English, so they pretend to not know what your talking about when you complain... Very frustrating!! 🤦😠

By far my worst stay at a motel/hotel. Not only was the bed very uncomfortable to sleep in, but within the first few minutes we got there we found a cricket in the sink. With some clever teamwork, my significant other and I were able to dispose of it despite its quick reflexes. I would have asked the manager to deal with it, but he was being very rude during the check-in process. Once we thought our troubles were over, we were greeted with several bug bites the following morning. Stayed in 107 for more than 3 weeks , when I first rented it he was trying to give me a room full of roaches and telling me to spray them 😒 then he gave me 107 it was not OK when I entered it looked clean but the bathroom had a urine oder that never went away as much as we clean that smell was just there we had company and they were complaining when were they leaving , then the guy comes at 10am saying to check out but check out is at 11 I mean they are pretty rude , we were just fed up and went to another motel , and we were never offered service clean towels...
