Tweedy Cards and Gaming — Local services in South Gate

A few minutes ago I walked inside this shop to try to sell them some yugioh and Pokémon cards I had found in a storage unit I bought (most cards were 1st editions, limited editions and a few rare ones), when I normally find cards at work I’ll take them to cardboard crazies and sometimes I’ll be generous and give them most cards for free since I’m not into them but a buddy of mine told me I had a treasure chest (over 700+ cards) so I tried to give the owner of the store a good deal and the lady in the register said that her son was busy in the back, there was 2 customers listening to me and they were interested in what I had so after a few words with them I left shortly they left after me We were talking in the sidewalk for a bit then they left and I went to sit down in the bench in front of the next store in the sidewalk (mind you, it’s public city property) The lady came out and told me to leave and that I wasn’t allowed to be there I said I “I’m in public property, I can be wherever I want as long as it’s not public property” and she said to leave or she’ll call the cops and I said “he lease call the cops cause I left your store 10 minutes ago and you followed me outside to harass me and I can sue you for that” and she went in furiously And For the record I’ll be taking...

Whenever I think of this store, the word incompetent springs to mind. However, that word is not strong enough to describe this dumpster fire of a store. At a Pokemon League Cup tournament they did not follow round times, did not allow Intentional Draws, which is clearly allowed in the general tournament rules document, and then was threatening to DQ people who tried to I'D. The prize out was terrible 2-16 places only got a promo card, which is mandated to be given out, and 1st place got a playmat and promo, still bare minimum mandated payout. For Juniors and seniors they combined the divisions only paying out 1 play mat, keeping the other which I'm sure they'll try to sell like the absolute crooks that they are. To top it all off someone was banned from the store for asking for the event id to complain to The Pokemon Company International about them not following very clear regulations. Do not give them your patronage, they do not deserve it, nor will they...

Want an honest review then look no further this card shop banned me when I was in a wheelchair there excuse I was selling I never one sold at there store I sold and bought from people from a card shop literally 1 minutes walk from them called card board crazies they are unreliable and are very awkward I was one of there supporters always talked nice until then banned me this shops only good couse it's sanctioned and that's about it the owners aren't good at tcgs and don't really buy or sell much

If anyone's looking for a great shop that's literally 3 minutes from it sanctioned don't care if you sell or trade come to Graveyard...
