I went because it was close to where I was working and also because it’s supposed to be local food. And I’m trying to learn my way around the store so a manager was scanning stuff and I said oh great that’s exactly what I was looking for OK did he bother to get it for me from the top shelf? No. Then he was talking to a friend and I am waiting to ask him where something was and number one he didn’t pause his conversation for a second so after about five minutes, I just went and asked someone else meanwhile, the managers pants were unzipped. I asked a couple employees for what I was looking for and they said it was on the frozen Isle. Yeah I think I could’ve figured that out considering it was a frozen product but they were more helpful than their manager. Finally, the manager with his unzipped pants helped me find what I was looking for. I suppose I just need to get used to the store. The check out young man was very nice and actually thanked me for coming to the checkout counter instead of the self check out because otherwise, they’re just standing there. If the store doesn’t increase or customer service but I’m afraid that they’re going to go out of business, so then will only be stuck with the...
Read moreI've been a third shift worker for many years and continue those hours since retirement. Getting to the point, everything has always been exceptional since I've been going to that particular Redners..for quite some time now. My only issue is that it doesn't stay open until at least 10 or 11pm. I know other grocery stores such as Weis is now open until 10 pm. And Walmart in Wyo is open until 11... So I'm not quite sure what the issue is that they're not staying open an hour or two later?? You'd think it would be an asset, but who am I to say.. I know I'm not the only one that feels this way either. Just saying 🤔 Hate having to rush to get there before 9pm.. especially since Rite Aide is open until 10 and I'm pretty sure both of the take outs, such as Wendy's and Arby's are also open to 10 or 11 too. If anyone has any info regarding this matter, please let me...
Read moreWent in for 2 foot sandwiches at 1:30 in the afternoon on a Thursday. They had ham and cheese in the premade case but I wanted turkey and Italian. There were 4 employees in the deli and one other customer. I asked if they could make me a 2 foot turkey sandwich and an Italian. The employee told me they are in the case. I responded only ham and cheese. She said sorry the sandwich maker went home. She told me to go the the Redner’s Quick Market in West Lawn. I asked if they made the 2 foot subs at that location she said yes. So the best solution she and 3 other deli employees could offer was for me to drive to West Lawn. Reluctantly I did drive to West Lawn. At the West Lawn location I was informed that they do not make 2 foot subs!!! Employees there were at least much more concerned for the customer. Thanks for the runaround...
