I started tanning at Baja in March during free tan week. I am very fair and my main concern was burning. Jen M. and team have been amazing guiding me thru my concerns and tanning journey. If you want to go dumpster diving for places to tan then look no further. Dishonest staff. They won’t cancel your membership when you cancel it. They tell you it’s cancelled and then don’t actually do it and you end up getting charged for services you never used and they don’t refund your money. Very poor business and management. Unfriendly and rude. I overlooked the dirtiness of the salon out of convenience but don’t do it…..skin infections can be gotten...

Apparently traveling 30 min for a one time service spray tan... Not a package which I could understand.. Means you need your drivers license. Literally turned away from a fake bake for photo id lol. This is the dumbest thing I've ever heard in my life. They just lost my business which would have been a good one. They probably should have mentioned it when I called right before I came off its that big of a deal. Save your money and get st tropaz...
