Ordered through the app for the sinking spring location. When ordered the app had a glitch and my order went through twice when I called the store to inform this occurred and to cancel the 2nd order was told it could be cancelled and when I asked about a refund was told I had to go through support on the app, mind you on the support through the app you don’t speak to anyone and won’t know unless an email come through to see if the issue was resolved which it has not. Now I have a double charge for my order and when I called back to find out why the 2nd order was not cancelled I was told by the employee I had to cancel through the app which mind you that you can’t cancel through the app and since it comes through door dash the order could not be cancelled. If I would have used the door dash app I could have been cancelled this. Now I have the extra charge and most likely won’t receive the refund. Never will I order through the app nor go to this location for food. They all (like 6 employees) stood around and looked at me like I was crazy or trying to rip them off. I showed them my phone with my order number and name and told them the exact items in the order. They just seemed dumbfounded. Finally the one man (I assume the manager) said ok, they’ll bring my order right out. Which they did.
