RLFunzone — Local services in South Heidelberg Township

My wife and I took our 10 month old and 21 month old here last week for the first time. They both LOVED it! After talking to the employee at the front desk, I learned it is also a veteran owned small business. As a service member myself, I am always happy to support a veteran owned business. I also received a military discount on admission. Some highlights of our visit included:

-seating area to bring outside food -some snacks and drinks to purchase -Party room in the back -lots of slides, small and big with climbing tubes -lots of toys ball pit, foam pit with rock wall -room with chalk board walls -room with large blocks

I know I missed many other things as well. Our 10 month old got in for free and still really enjoyed it. The attached videos and pictures will speak for themselves.

Contrary to other reviews I saw on here, it was very clean when we came. The staff on duty went through multiple times and cleaned up and sanitized. She went through the ball pit a few times to make sure nothing was left behind. I felt very comfortable bringing my children here and we plan on coming back today. Great place for kids. All age group of kids can really enjoy and spend the time for more than 3-4 hours easily. The whole play ground is indoor only. No shoes are allowed but people can go with socks on or wear a protector with shoes which they provide on the spot with no extra cost. The play areas available such as building blocks, foosball, climbing wall, soft ball zone, air filled trampolines, sliding, kitchen set, salon set, small self walkable vehicle for small kids etc. They have party hall also which can be used for small parties such as birthday parties. Party hall is good for 10-12 families. With party hall, they give free pass for 6 hours of playground for 10 kids. For remaining each kid again $10. Party hall is only 2 hours. With no party hall, the charge could be $20.

They have some play machines which can be played with money. Each machine can be played for either ¢25 or ¢50.

They have restrooms but they are not that well maintained. Plenty of parking space and it is free.

Staff are polite and supportive. They never complain and allow kids to play however they want. After all, they only clean the whole area and rearrange...

We have been here a couple of times before and it was fine but went today and the lady at the front desk tried charging me for 2 kids ( my baby in my hands were 8 months old) she said oh I thought he was 1, instead of assuming she should have just asked. I saw a parent in the playroom with no socks or shoes on just his bare feet. And then another parent who was there with her children for a birthday party I’m guessing. She went to used the restroom and then walked back where the legos were and kicked over leggos I mean this was a 20-30 year old woman who just went over and kicked/knocked down leggos and was laughing. I was going to have my sons first bday party here in November but not only did they increase the party packed for the private package which is now $700 and something dollars it is just not worth it. No one comes around and sanitizes the toys . This place just felt very dirty to me today. Such a shame because my daughter who is 7 does like it here a lot and we drive 40 mins away to come but today just truly...
