Kidsville Play Cafe — Local services in South Hill

It was our first time here, and the owners are so kind. We had four kids with us, but they only charged us for 3 since our oldest (13) was a bit too big for most of the things. That was so unexpected and very appreciated. Thank you!

We came shortly after noon on a Monday and it wasn’t too busy at all! There are so many fun themed rooms with such a variety of things to do. A ball pit, a room with things to ride on that they changed out later to a huge bouncy house! A princess themed room, dinosaurs, huge legos, cars, puzzles, you name it. The lounge is super nice and has seating, and they have a bunch of snacks at great affordable prices. We got the kids some icecream which they enjoyed. They also have video monitors in the lounge area of every room so the parents can sit and keep an eye on their children. The bathroom was very family friendly and super clean. The whole place was very clean and all the toys and everything were quality and taken care of. You can tell that the owners care about this place!

New to Puyallup! I’ve been looking for indoor spaces to take my toddler. I found this place via Instagram! Our experience was just ok. I felt as if everything at that place I have at home already. It wasn’t busy but we came in the afternoon on a Thursday.

The pros: • Super Clean and Tidy • Nice selection of toys • Owner is friendly • One time waver upon registration • Nice activity for a rainy day • Great for smaller aged children

The Cons: • There were renovations actively happening during visit. Ladders, tools, etc., • Back office door remained open. • Loose bolts on some of the equipment. (Saw some children walking around with bolts. Were taken away.) • No clearly marked area to nurse as an option. • No music

Very cool place with a lot of neat toys, staff told me this was the third week they’ve been open. It’s very clean and the price is good. I personally think the themed rooms need a bit more work on the toys they offer. Like the car room has this neat Mario electric race track, but doesn’t quite work right all the time. My kiddo got bored of it pretty quick but still went back to it. It’d be nice to have more open ended toys. Maybe some small wooden blocks to build with and the wooden classic train tracks in the car room. It’d be nice to see some picture labels on walls and buckets where the toys are supposed to go to encourage clean up skills.
