So... just like another review I have read for this location, I too have gotten food poisoning from eating their pizza. Only once though (technically), but I can also recall another time when I felt very nauseous the day after eating pizza from this Pizza Hut. Tonight when I ordered, the pizza wasn't FREEZING cold but it also wasn't very hot either.. the wings in the box (with the exception of ONE) had NO SAUCE ON THEM! Sauce only covered ONE of the eight piece boneless wing order I received. On top of that they weren't hot also. On top of THAT, as I bit into two of the not-asked-for naked wings, they were HARD. Might I remind you that I order boneLESS, yet the meat was hard asf so I might as well had ordered bone-in & naked wings if this was just going to happen. So so so disappointing. I really love Pizza Hut and all their products and flavors, me and my family have been ordering from this franchise for years. But this is just sad and gross. I'm also going to add that whenever my mother has ordered from this same location, she has had to call on MANY occasions about messed up food as well. Eventually she started doing carry out just so that she could be there when she got her food and be able to check it and let them know if there's anything wrong... which there usually is.. I tried to contact this place tonight on not just my phone (at first I thought I had bad service) but on my boyfriend's too and both calls did not go through. Like uhm...?? We ordered through the app but what if we wanted to call it in? Wouldn't have been able to along with not being able to call in this complaint because THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE. Could be on purpose (because they don't want to hear these complaints they must often get from dissatisfied customers, I am assuming), could not be. I will never know. I placed an online order at 10:30 PM, receipt said will be ready in 10-15mins. I got to the store at 11pm, doors were locked, there was a guy and a female in the store, it was pouring rain and my husband was standing out knocking on the door, the 2 employees looked over, made eye contact, and the guy just nodded his head and walked away. My husband stood there for 5 mins still, thinking he was grabbing our order- no one ever came to the door. 15 mins later, we call the curbside pick up # on the window, and the customer service rep who answered said the location we were at has been closed for over a month (temporarily) while they worked on maintenance issues. and that no one has been working there since. I told the guy, the website allowed me to place my order and pick up at this specific location. and that I am looking in the window at 2 employees who are standing around talking. He then placed me on a 10-15 MIN HOLD to transfer me to the direct store. After the long hold, we see the guy answer the phone from INSIDE THE PIZZA HUT STORE we are at. He asked "how can I help you" I told him we been sitting outside for over 25 mins waiting for our order that was ready at 11pm- this time now its almost 11:30. The guy says "what are you talking about, we dont have any orders at our store right now" I lost it, and yelled. WTH do you mean you dont have any orders??? My name is clearly on your screen and I can see your screen with my full order and name on it. AND IT SAYS READY!!! he walks to the front counter and says "OH SORRY, itll be 10 more mins, we didnt see that order" I AM SO DONE!!!!!!!!!!!

First of all I looked on the internet give you the menu because I honestly can't remember when I ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut it's been a very very long time anyway I found the layout very confusing and not really helping me make a decision I guess I'm from the old school where you got okay there's three pizzas at this price you get a 10 12 16 18 I don't know size pizza. The first person that tried to help me couldn't get through she asked me what I wanted I said I would like a pizza with lots of vegetables and meat on it too. And we danced around that notion for at least 6 7 minutes and she finally says we're okay if you want this it's going to cost you $27 say what is that a large pizza? If so which side how many slices do you get all right. For? Or whatever anyway she finally got frustrated with me and laughed and the next guy stepped up and completed the order. When I received the pizza I opened it and it looked great there were lots of vegetables and meat. However after starting to eat it I realized that it had many vegetables if you can't three different kinds Mini but I noticed there was no tomato and there was not many onions and the peppers were thinly layered. I just don't know what happened to I thought vegetables were cheap but in the Pista Pizza industry I guess they cost a lot more money anyway over all my experience was frustrating on a scale of 1 to 10 I give the pizza the flavor a 6...
