Alex helped my partner and I celebrate our wedding day with an incredible multi-course dinner for 11 people. From the planning process to the dinner - the experience was personal and extremely high quality. Alex's passion shines through each dish. From charcuterie to handmade pasta to homemade miso - his food is incredible. We met with him before the event to discuss dietary restrictions and meal preferences.

Leading up to the event, he ensured the ingredients were seasonal and allowed us to adjust menu items. Alex brought his own dishes and server to make the execution of the meal flawless. His dishes are thoughtful and artistic, but also approachable.

On arriving to our venue, he took control of the kitchen and made us feel at ease. His personality is laid back and professional. Each of our guests described this as one of the best meals they had ever experienced. We also have to mention his wife's chocolate chip cookies, which were the final dish of the night - absolutely delicious! At the end of the meal, he left the kitchen spotless.

He truly helped to make our day memorable and special. We would highly recommend Alex to anyone wanting a top notch, personalized, thoughtful dining experience in the beautiful mountains...

I contacted Alex in regard to preparing a multi-course meal for my bachelorette party in Tahoe. He replied quickly and soon we booked him for the 7 course dinner. He was able to accommodate the few dietary restrictions we had and prepared the most amazing meal we have ever had! He showed up with all of the supplies, including dishes, silverware, and place settings and even went out of his way to get us ice when our ice machine had unexpectedly turned off. He was so friendly and answered all of our questions both about the food and him. The courses did not disappoint and they seemed to get better and better as we got closer to the end. He also left the kitchen completely spotless and packed up our leftovers as well. The entire experience was amazing and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a chef for their special occasion. It was our favorite part of the weekend and we will remember it fondly!...

We were lucky enough to have Alex cook for our elopement dinner in Tahoe, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make the evening unforgettable. He was incredibly thorough in planning, and his ability to accommodate a wide range of dietary preferences for a party of 10 without sacrificing quality or creativity was unmatched.

Every dish was absolutely delicious, and I’m still dreaming about that meal a month later. On top of that, Alex left our kitchen cleaner than when he arrived (and we had cleaners in beforehand!).
