7-Eleven — Local services in South Lake Tahoe

We love 7 Eleven, but this particular store probably has the worst owner! We came into the store with our nieces and nephews from Europe to try out the Icee. My niece filled up her cup with the wrong flavor and asked if she could get another one. We told her she could. I noticed an Indian lady standing and eyeing us from the back, and once my niece poured out the icee to get a new one, she came over telling my husband in a rude tone that my niece cannot do that. My husband told the woman that he could pay for the icee that was poured out. It was no problem, but she should not talk to him in such a rude manner or treat customers that way. I told the woman how rude she was, and we would pay for the icees that we currently have. Do not shop here! Take your business...

I went in for an iced coffee because I am moving furniture and I need to stay up late and I'm tired... I asked how much it was and the cashier says 1.40 I think it was "for everything".. I looked at the sign above the cups it says any sized iced coffee for $1.29. so I get an xl. He brings it up it says 299 I said how much is the large coffee it says 129 he went and got the sign and he started to pull it down he says this is expired. Then he starts to put it back up and I said "don't put that back up" then instead of giving me a discount he says sorry like he was annoyed at me and then that was it. Are there any 7-Elevens in South Lake Tahoe that are not crooked. I came to this one because I know the one at Carson is always crooked lol. Anyways....

This is the worst customer service in history. They are rude to all that dare to enter. They offer "refills" on coffee and other drinks, but don't post the prices. Then they just make up prices as they go. Then because that's not enough to upset the customer they complain about the size of the container that you're using to refill. I spoke to the branch supervisor and was told 7-11 owners can do whatever they want including change...
