I must express my deep disappointment with the treatment I received from this establishment today. A few months ago, I sold a Range Rover Sport to them and brought my Mercedes S560 for them to potentially purchase as well. After some negotiation following the car inspection, the manager, Jorge, offered me $55,000. We both assumed that the payoff amount was $55,000, so it seemed like a fair deal for both parties.
However, when the actual payoff amount came in at $53,000 and some change, Jorge suggested lowering the offer to $54,500, citing the need to cover expenses for fixing the wipers, among other things. Although we had already agreed on $55,000, I understood his perspective and agreed to the revised amount. After waiting for 20 minutes, he sent me the documents, but to my surprise, the offer was now for $54,000. This was not what we had agreed upon, and when I confronted him, he simply stated that it was his final offer and that I could either accept it or leave. Frustrated by this unprofessional behavior and the dealer's unwillingness to honor our agreement, I decided to leave.
This experience not only wasted my time but also left me feeling more disappointed than angry. I had considered this dealership to be my go-to option for future car purchases, as I frequently change vehicles. I would have even asked them to keep an eye out for a white G-Wagon with fewer than 50,000 miles. However, it seems that repeat customers hold no value in Miami, as they let a potential client walk away just to secure a perceived "win." This ugly business practice has made me wary of negotiating with them in the future, as they seem to have no regard for customer input or loyalty. I wasted half of my day, and I now realize that my time is more valuable than engaging in...
Read moreI recently spent two weeks shopping for a car, visiting dealerships across South Florida, from Kendall to West Palm Beach. My experience at other dealerships was frustrating due to deceptive pricing practices, with markups as high as $10,000 in unnecessary fees.
However, my experience at this Mazda dealership was refreshingly different. They were the most transparent and straightforward, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. While you might find "cheaper" cars elsewhere, those savings are often offset by hidden charges and inflated fees.
I'm thrilled with my new Mazda and the excellent customer service I received. The dealership's environment is welcoming, and the car itself exceeds my expectations. After test driving a Volkswagen, Toyota, Honda, and Kia, I can confidently say that once you experience a Mazda, nothing else compares.
Special thanks to Manuel Patino, the sales representative who helped me. He really knows the brand and what he’s selling, so if you have questions, he is very knowledgeable about Mazdas. Additionally, Amalia provided me with the best insurance rate. I initially thought my friend, an insurance broker, was giving me the best deal, but Amalia shaved off $100 a month with better coverage.
I’m very happy with the whole process and highly recommend this dealership for their honesty and...
Read moreBought a vehicle from this dealer and was initially impressed by there willingness to work with me. However everything became a disappointment soon after. I was buying the vehicle out of state and had to fly to get there. I had initially requested the possibility of a ride from the airport at arrival and when I finally arrived they told me they had other customers and I should Uber. After arriving maybe 15 minutes later there was no one there except staff. The vehicle also had a 1/4 tank gas which they never filled and when mentioned they didn't do anything about it. After purchasing I found the vehicle has an issue with filling at the pump which they said the vehicles still under warranty. At my first oil change at a dealer closer to home I was told all four of my wheels were bent which cost me a fortune to repair. They also told me my tires were 3/32nds and one was below that. I was never told any of this when purchasing the vehicle and feel as though I should never have been sold a vehicle with such issues. When I tried calling the manager multiple times for weeks I got no call in response and the closest I got was the receptionist saying she will give me concern to the manager. I regret purchasing a vehicle from Ocean Auto Club and am not considering purchasing...
