Beaches Resorts — Hotel in South Miami

Took my entire family to Beaches Ohio Rios for my birthday for a week. This includes my grand children. We arrived on 12/6 and my birthday was 12/8. I planned a private dinner for my special day and on the day of my birthday, 3 hours before the dinner the manager on duty( Candice) told me that I am not able to have my special dinner because they did have enough time to get items On the menu for my dinner and also staffing Issues. I called my travel agent and told her what was happening and she did her best to make it happen for my birthday. Was a mess!!! Second issue I had was one of the rooms we filled with mold and one of my son for sick, it’s not until he realized that the room had mold almost at The end of our trip. I am putting this out here, because we spend so much money for these resort trips and expect a much better service. Will not recommend Beaches Ohio...
