I'm the type of person, that doesn't like to give bad reviews, I work with customer service most of my life and I know how to treat properly a customer, But the service here it's HORRIBLE, I'm not talking about everyone that works here but the main Manager JAIME VILLEGAS, how do you expect to be a Manager when you're rude and instead of helping a customer, you scream at her with no even putting a little bit of effort to see what's the problem. My mom is an elder she went to buy a Gift Card that my niece asked for, and she bought her a TJ max gift card, only if she knew my niece was asking for a Visa or MC gift card of $150. My mom didn't know what to do and since she's here visiting I told her we could back and asked for advice maybe they can return her of maybe giving me a number for me to call and asked for an exception, I know when it comes to gift card you can't refund but sometimes is worth the try. As I make the line patience, I got a young gentlemen he was nice enough to tell me he couldn't do it, but he would get his manager to see if maybe he could help me, as JAIME is approaching to me with the nasty attitude he didn't let me explain he out loud said's NO, I give him a look shock the guy didn't even let me say nothing and I stare at him said well can I at least speak and he said NO REFUNDS with a dead stare and I with a sarcastic smile asked him for the opinion if I could call customer service maybe they could help me and he shout DO WHATEVER YOU WANT, CALL and walked away, I got so livid and scream to him " Amargado que tenga buenas noches" Now I know that's no way to treat a person he at least could off said nice or heard me out instead of giving me attitude with no reason, I know that WE as a customer sometimes can be a pain, I work with customer service I know how it can get but Rule # 1 in the book sales management towards customer care " Don't be rude, heard the customer and calmly give then an answer". I will continue to buy in this TJ maxx because is the one closed to my house and I have nothing against the people that works there, the opposite the other manager and the rest of the staff are friendly. This is store is run like a third world country. I know its Miami but I find the manager and assistant manager to be extremely rude. They only speak Spanish and most of the employees only speak Spanish OR refuse to speak English. I am Hispanic but I don't treat people rudely who don't speak my language. This morning, for instance, I needed to make a quick return. I went early because the lines in that store are horrific and doesn't matter what time of the day or day of the week I've gone they always have 2 registers open and a line that wraps around the store. So, today I approached the manager and assistant manager ( Norma C. was the only name tag I could see because the other woman did not even have a name tag on) and I said " Hi, i need to make a return". Both women didn't even look at me after i said hello again a woman in register 7 yelled to go to her. I feel like the customer service should be better.
